Can someone provide me with the college advise I need?

I don't think my GPA is high enough to get into 4 year college, so I was planning on going to J. Sarge for 2 years and transferring to a better one. I need to be in a college with a carpentry or construction program. Does anyone know if J.Sarge has a program like that? What should I do.....Just thinking about it has stressed me out!!

Not many colleges offer a carpentry or construction program, since these are non-acadmic programs. You'd be better off in a trade school that trains you in these specific skills. Contact the admissions office at J. Sarge and ask them directly if they have any programs like that. Then call some local carpentry and construction firms in your area. Tell them you are a student looking for mentoring and advice on this career field, and ask if there is someone who has a few minutes to speak with you. Ask the professionals what they recommend you study.
