Learning Carpentry

Where can i find a simple blueprint as an example for the SkillsUSA States carpentry contest?

So at my technical high school i won the silver medal in the written districts test. All was good. But now I'm realizing that I'm wayy over my head. I really would like to know the fine details of the competition. How long will i have to frame the small structure? Can i find an example of past years' blueprints so that i know more of what I'm up against? Is there anything i can do to learn to frame faster and more efficiently?
