what should i choose and why?

im goin to a magnet high school and i need to pick 1 of these courses: culinary arts acting cosmetology dance visual arts literary arts vocal music acting bussiness carpentry desigh and production which 1 would you choose and why?? how can you use it in the real world thanks alot!

1. I would choose culinary arts, but that's because I like to cook. You can actually apply things you would learn from any of those courses to real life. Very little education is ever really wasted, if you want to use it. For instance, acting teaches you how to speak in front of people, giving you more confidence when you have to give a speech or go to an interview, etc. Design and production would teach you to plan out and carry through with the background work of a production, something almost all businesses value. And so on and so forth.
2. I personally would pick carpentry because that's a very valuable skill for furniture makers and house builders, plus contractors and handymen. Not to mention, you can fix a lot of things around the house and build cool things too. My advice for you is to pick something that you enjoy doing already, or something that you've always wanted to try.
