what schooling or skills do i need to work for a guitar company and make guitars?

i really want to make work for and make guitars for the companies ESP or JACKSON. they are my favorite companies cause they got the most gnarly guitars. i have been playing for the past 4 years and they are the best. sooo...do i need a certain education in any type of college teaching or...lets see...carpentry maybe? i neeed to know!
