Any good carpenters in Springfield Mo? I am looking for someone to repair some rotten wood?

I am having trouble finding a good carpenter that wants to earn some money?? I have had estimates from some folks and then they don't show up to do the work. :( It's an easy job. Do you know of any good hard working carpenters?

1. I could fix the rotten wood but it will be expensive. I think it would be better to replace it, But some guys get scared thinking that the home owner will nickel and dime them and still get mad about paying for the work, I don't know what you are repairing but if you need to do a tear out then don't be afraid of the mess time and cost, which many carpenters will do in order to get it done right, after all it's their name and rep on the line.
